Service descriptions, commitments, and timeframes on the Site are summaries; the terms that bind both parties, including scope, conditions, and remedies for the Assurance Baseline, the Decision Clarity Commitment, and SmoothSwitch™, are those set out in the signed engagement or transition agreement.
