Privacy Policy

Stealth Technology Group · Last updated: August 27, 2026

This policy describes how Stealth Technology Group ("Stealth," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information on stealth360assurance.com and related pages (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only; services we deliver to clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: when you request a Fit Call or book a meeting, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, company size, what prompted your search, and any scheduling details.
  • Information collected automatically: pages visited, referring pages and campaign parameters (such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers), device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
  • Calls: if you call us, we collect the phone number and details of the call. Where call tracking or recording is used, applicable notice and consent practices are followed.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, schedule and hold the Fit Call, and follow up about it.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, and to measure advertising.
  • To send relevant communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

Cookies and tracking

The Site uses a first-party cookie to remember how you first found us (for example, which campaign brought you here), and may use analytics and advertising technologies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn tags, and call-tracking numbers, to measure Site usage and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is presented, through the choices it offers. Opt-out mechanisms are also offered directly by the major advertising platforms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our CRM, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and telephone providers) under appropriate protections; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information collected under it.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and marketing information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
